Matteo Ricci Social Service (RSS) began to care for the weakest with a benevolent heart. This is just a door to get closer to the disadvantaged. It is necessary to continuously strengthen and deepen our own capabilities. On the road of sustainable development, in addition to responding to the needs of partners and ourselves, we must continue to strengthen the awareness and attention of RSS internal employees to protect the disadvantaged, and provide the greatest help to the adults and children we serve. Since 2019, we have held a number of internal trainings on protecting children from harm in preparation for the establishment of RSS's internal child protection policy. Although affected by the epidemic, in 2021 we also conducted training on protecting the disadvantaged for volunteer groups serving rehabilitation centers. It is hoped that through the establishment and implementation of policies, RSS's work in caring for and protecting the disadvantaged will receive a positive response.
