The courtyard was flooded with mud and rocks; the only access road (mountain road) from the rehabilitation center to the city was also flooded by mud and rocks.
It took two days for the rain to stop and for the volunteers and rehabilitators to clear the mud from the yard and the rocks and silt from the main road.
